Day 01 Arrival Delhi
Arrive Delhi , meet assist at the airport &
transfer to hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

02 Delhi
Morning half day city sightseeing tour of Old
and New Delhi - visit Qutab Minar, India Gate(war
memorial), Lakshminarayan Temple-modern Hindu
temple, drive past President’s House,Parliament
House and Secretariat buildings. Also visit
Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana- the cremation sites
of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama
Masjid and drive past Red Fort (every Monday)
and Chandni Chowk. Afternoon free for independent
activities. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 Delhi- Rishikesh
Morning after yoga class leave by surface for
Rishikesh. On arrival transfer to hotel. After
a welcome drink and acclimatization briefing
about the whole program, followed by introduction
to the Yoga teacher. Evening dinner.& overnight
hotel.
DAY 04. Rishikesh
Early morning drive or walk to the yoga centre
for yoga class followed by relaxation of body
& mind. After relaxation learn about breath
awareness exercise & stretching exercise.
After yogic breakfast Evening in-house yoga
& traditional meditation class with visiting
instructor . Late evening visit the Ghats for
Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga .Overnight
hotel
 DAY
05. Rishikesh Early morning drive or walk to
the centre .Today we will do relaxation, asana,
followed up by yognindra. After nutritious breakfast,
day free for own activities. Optional you can
take rafting trip or can do temple tour for
half a day. Evening followed by modern meditation.

DAY 06. Rishikesh - Delhi
Early morning practice advance posture of yoga
& vipasna. Later leave by surface for Delhi.
On arrival check into prebooked hotel.
Day 07. Delhi/Agra
 Morning
after yoga leave by surface for Agra. On arrival
check into hotel. Afternoon half day city tour
visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by
the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his
queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains.
Later visit the Agra fort containing the halls
of private and public audience and other palaces.
(Taj Mahal closed on every Friday) Overnight
at the hotel.
Day 08, Agra/Jaipur
Morning leave by surface for Jaipur enroute
visiting Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar
in 1569 & abandoned after 15 years due to
scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings
including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti,
Panch Mahal and other palaces.On arrival check
into hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 09 Jaipur
Morning half day excursion to Amber Fort, the
ancient capital of the state until 1728. Visit
the Jagmandir or the Hall of Victory glittering
with mirrors, Jai Mahal and Temple of Kali.
Ascend on elephant back, the hill, on which
the fort is situated.Afternoon half day city
sightseeing tour visiting Maharaja’s City Palace
and the observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or
the palace of winds and through the rose-pink
residential and business areas of Jaipur. Overnight
at the hotel.
Day 10 Jaipur/Delhi/Leave Delhi
Morning leave by surface for Delhi. On arrival
transfer to airport to connect flight for onward
journey. End of our services. Check in check
out time at all hotel is 12 noon. |
